They were responsive and patient with us when we had to adjust our specifications to meet Heritage standards; which they helped us achieve. We installed Marvin aluminum clad wood windows with heritage style glazing. They look terrific and perform well. The installation team are familiar with custom limestone conditions, and are excellent craftsmen. One of our windows arrived with damaged glazing (in shipping, no fault of TWC) but the window was able to be installed. Greg and TWC immediately ordered a warranty replacement sash that arrived just a few weeks later, and was installed the same day."
